Hi there, I'm Kaienna (Don't worry about the pronounciation, I am used to getting called all sorts, including Corinna, Karen and even Clive!) I have been in the care sector for 18 years, I have a vast experience in home care and more recently, live in care. I am a qualified and experienced care worker with most of my experience based around cognitive impairment related conditions. I deliver care with dignity, respect and a sense of humour. I take a holistic approach to care encouraging mental, social and physical health. I use the the clients interests to deliver activities, for example, baking, or finding and dancing to favourite music.
