My name is Renata. Despite my economic education, my calling has always been to help others. As a teenager and student, I willingly took care of children, both those from the neighborhood and as a teacher at summer camps. Later, I became a volunteer at a hospice, where I took care of patients in the terminal phase of cancer. There I also took training in: - medical care for the sick, - ability to conduct difficult conversations about health and death with patients and their families, -psychological support for the patient and their relatives.
